An initiative of Healthway and Lotterywest, the Western Australian Community Impact Hub (The Impact Hub) provides a detailed look at projects supported by Healthway and Lotterywest and the positive impact on the WA community.
A central source of data, knowledge and insight, the Impact Hub is also a great free resource for organisations delivering community health projects, allowing users to understand their community, learn from others and plan their projects using its suite of free tools.
Visit the Impact Hub to:
- Explore community data through a visual map to identify needs and opportunities.
- Browse case studies, a library of Healthway and Lotterywest grants, and evaluation reports.
- Use the Impact Planner tool to create a clear project vision, plan project activities linked to outcomes, and create a simple evaluation plan.
